Your bookings are available online 24/7 for your convenience. If you booked your holiday via email or the telephone, then you may not be able to see your booking online immediately, so please just email the team or give us a call.

Please note: Where it says Departure Date, this is the departure date from your origin
It can take up to 24 hours for your booking to be available within the 'My Booking' system.
PAYMENT
The payment box will pre-populate with balance, however you can pay off any amount if you wish to pay in installments. Simply delete amount and over-write
You can pay by Debit or Credit Card, whether Visa or Mastercard (we do not accept American Express)
Please note that whatever card you use, you are still 100% financially protected
Bank Transfer can be made to the account on the invoice

- Review your booking details
- Pay your balance
- View your itinerary
- Download any relevant documents eg vouchers, e-tickets, driving directions
- Send your booking confirmation to your email
- Contact our Customer Service department
