Villa Thea enjoys one of the best positions in Lindos overlooking the main bay with spectacular seaviews and just minutes walk from the beach and village centre.  This traditional house has been converted into three separate 2 bedroomed apartments (Thea 1, 2 and 3) each with their own private terrace and seaview.    Thea 4 is a  2 bedroomed villa which was with private courtyard and garden terrace and is situated  directly opposite the main Villa and also enjoys private terraces and seaviews.  Thea Suite  is a one bedroomed suite with seaviews from the Juliet style balcony and has a private garden terrace area next door to Thea 4.  

Thea means 'view' and they don't get much better than this. Glorious seaviews and a glance up to the Acropolis will reaffirm why these properties have became one of the hotspots of Lindos!

Thea 1  is at the top of the house and so affords the best views from its two private balconies.  Consisting of two spacious bedrooms, one master room with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with bath/shower/WC.  A modern kitchen to give you all mod cons including washing machine and with a dining area inside and two terraces, you can choose to dine inside or out.  A second bathroom with walk in shower/WC is accessed from the main lounge,  so each bedroom has 1 each. The second bedroom has Lindian platform beds with single mattresses and also has its own private shaded terrace with balcony furniture and seaview. There is also an open plan lounge/dining area as part of the kitchen with 2 sofa beds giving you the option to comfortably sleep 6 people.  The main terrace has table and chairs, a couple of sunbeds to relax on and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Thea 2 consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and seaviews. The other room we describe as a 'junior suite' with  two single beds within a living area with large sofa.    This bedroom also opens out onto the fantastic terrace with uninterrupted seaviews.  A separate fully equipped kitchen with four electric rings, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle with a dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Half of the courtyard is shaded and there is sitting space for everybody plus an outdoor sink, bbq and two sun beds.

Thea 3 consists of two bedrooms one with a traditional Lindian bed (raised platform) with a double mattress  and another bedroom with two single beds, a separate lounge area and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a bathroom adjacent to the double room and the twin room has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower/WC.   The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave as well as a dining area and leads onto a separate lounge area.  All bedrooms lead onto the courtyard which is partly shaded with table and chairs, a bbq and two sun beds.   

Thea 4 is the separate villa and consists of two bedrooms - one master double with ensuite bathroom/shower/wc  and one twin  with ensuite shower/WC. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.   There is a lovely garden terrace at the entrance which is shaded with garden sofa and chairs and enjoys magnificent views over the bay.  There is a private courtyard which is accessed from all the rooms and has table, chairs and a BBQ for your al fresco dining.  Additionally there is a utility room off the courtyard which houses a washing machine.

Thea Suite (5)  is a spacious suite consisting of a large Lindian platform with double mattress, separate sofa area, dining table and chairs and dressing table with mirror.   The suite is blessed with seaviews of the main bay from the window and French style balcony.  The suite also has a separate kitchen with hob, fridge, kettle and toaster and enough kitchenware to make snacks and light meals.  The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and sink with two mirrors.   Thea Suite has its own private garden terrace area with table, chairs which is accessed externally and is situated on the other side of the adjacent Thea 4.  

All beds in Thea have COCO-MAT Mattresses and you also get a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred pillow to ensure you have a comfy nights sleep.  The apartments are fully air-conditioned in the bedrooms which is included in the price and have free use of a safety deposit box and wifi.
