WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY APARTMENT

You have chosen your apartment and whilst the description will give you an overview of what's included, there's some general information that we want to highlight which we have included below. If you can't find the information you are looking for, then please do contact the team who will be happy to help

Water and Electric

Your apartment electricity may not be as constant as your home country. You may find that the electricity will ‘trip off’ if too many appliances are used at once. If this happens, simply turn off some appliances and check that all the switches are in the up position in the main fuse box. Unfortunately, it is the case that some resorts can suffer from water or electricity shortages and supplies can be cut off with no notice for varying periods of time. We ask for your patience and cooperation in such instances, as you will appreciate these situations are out of our control.

Amenities

Air conditioning: All apartments are fitted with air conditioning units and we ask that you set them between 21-24 degrees for maximum efficiency. Please do not operate these at a temperature lower than this as it can cause the units to breakdown in extreme hot climates. If Safety Deposit Boxes are available in your apartment, instructions for these vary (electronic/key) and can be found in the apartment. Hairdryers: All apartments are equipped with a hairdryer, however the hairdryer may not be as powerful as those available in your home country so you may wish to take your own.

Utilities

Additional features such as washing machines and dishwashers are shown in the apartment description where provided and instructions are placed in the apartment. Iron and ironing Boards: Some apartments are also equipped with an iron and ironing board. These are also available on request at the time of your booking and can be hired once in resort.

Entertainment

Wifi is available in our apartments. Since Wifi is a method of sharing broadband internet via a radio signal, this can have limitations, particularly in populated residential areas where signals may overlap resulting in interference. Broadband speeds very depending on demand and Wifi in the apartments is generally for web surfing and email and not for streaming. Restrictions may be introduced by the service provider. TV's/Speaker systems: In the description area of your chosen apartment you can find the type of TV and entertainment systems supported if available.

Maid service

Cleaning schedules vary with apartments. This can be anything from daily, to 2-3 times a week or just a mid week clean. When you are in resort your representative will advise you of the cleaning schedules. If this is important to you, please enquire at time of booking as it is really owner dependent

Children

A complimentary cot & highchair can be provided on request. Please do this at the time of your booking. Additional cots and highchairs are available for an additional charge. Cots are provided locally and may differ to those you use at home. For hygiene reasons, cot linen is not supplied.
