What's the difference between a package holiday and a flight plus accommodation

A package holiday is where we act as the retail agent for the main UK Tour Operators such as TUI, Thomas Cook, Olympic Holidays, Jet2 Holidays (or any of their subsidiaries) and generally includes the flight, luggage, transfers and the accommodation (unless indicated).

A flight plus accommodation is where you choose the flight that suits you from a wide range of charter flights or low cost airlines and then match it with the accommodation of your choice.  You will then be given the option to add transfers either by shuttle bus, private taxi, minibus or car hire.   You are still financially protected on this type of booking.

How much deposit is required to secure my booking?

Accommodation Only

Usually a 25% deposit is required on all accommodation at the time of booking.  The balance of the booking is then due 69 days prior to arrival.

There is a minimum of £50 deposit.  

Package Holidays

This differs per Tour Operator and is usually only a low deposit required .  The balance is then due between around 13 weeks before arrival and will be advised at time of booking.  

Flights

Flights must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

Car Hire

Usually a low deposit is required and balance is paid on car collection.

 

However for bespoke quotes for our locally contracted car rental supplier, we take a deposit of £25-50 depending on duration and the balance is payable direct to the car hire company. 

How do I book on the website

Simply search for your accommodation and your flight either in the flight plus accommodation, accommodation only or package holiday section until you find your perfect holiday.  Check that it meets all your requirements, click to book and complete all the details as requested.  Enter your card details and you will get an email confirmation and any further documentation sent straight to your inbox.

How can I pay for my holiday?

You can pay for your holiday by either Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer.   The details for payment will be on your invoice.

For card payments, you can simply pay online by using your Order ID number in the My Booking Area

If you wish to pay by EUR card then you will need to call us on +44 8456 527 127 to pay over the phone

What is your refund policy?

On booking you will be asked to pay a deposit which is non-refundable.  The % of the holiday cost varies depending on the supplier but will appear when you go to the check out.    

For cancellations/refunds between paying the deposit and paying the final balance, a sliding scale of cancellation fees apply.   Please see our Terms and Conditions or email us on admin@exclusivelylindos.com for further details.  Any refunds must be authorised by our Trustees under the TTA Guarantee Scheme and will be made via bank transfer and not back onto your debit or credit card.
