What is a standard taxi's space capacity?

The taxi can accommodate up to 4 passengers with 4 medium suitcases and any hand luggage (handbags/soft backpacks) need to travel with you inside the vehicle.    If you have a lot of luggage then we recommend you upgrade to a private minibus for space and comfort.

We can pre book a taxi for you alternatively you can go to Lindos Main Sqaure which has a taxi rank.

What do i need to book an airport transfer?

To book an airport transfer we need full flight details including flight number, flight time and the airport that you are arriving from or departing to.

What is the latest i can book a transfer?

You can book a taxi up to 48 hours before.

Shuttles and mini buses we need 72 hours notice and they are then subject to availability

How do I get to resort from the airport?

When booking a package holiday the coach transfer is usually included in the booking and you will see this on the confirmation page. Please double check as for some late bookings, the transfer is not included and would be an added extra. We can of course add this on for you, so just let us know.

For accommodation only, or flight and accommodation bookings, you will get the option to add a shuttle bus or taxi to the booking.  

For shuttle buses and taxis we act as the agent and services will be provided by one of the transportation companies in Rhodes.  

A shuttle bus will have drop offs en route and so could take 90 minutes to reach Lindos as opposed to around 50 minutes in a taxi.  The difference, of course is the price but certainly worth it if you wish to get to resort quickly and to the beach or bar!

Will the coach take me to direct to my apartment in Lindos Village?

If you are staying in Lindos Old Village, then you will enjoy a traffic free holiday (apart from the odd donkey and 3 wheeler delivery truck!).  

Your coach will drop you off at Lindos Reception or Lindos Ice Bar - you will be advised prior to arrival which is your closeset drop off point and the details will be on your transfer voucher which is loaded in the "My Booking Area" of the website

Please be aware when packing that you will need to carry your luggage so please pack lightly or ensure the wheels are in good working order.

Where is my transfer voucher?

Your transfer voucher will be loaded in the "My Booking Area" of the website when your booking has been paid in full.  

Shuttle departure times will be given 24 hours prior to leaving resort.

How do I find out the transfer time for my departure?

Departure taxi transfer times will be on your transfer voucher which is loaded in the "My Booking Area" of the website.

Any Shuttle Departures the departure information will be sms/emailed to you 24 hours before departure.

If you have booked a package holiday our in resort team will advise you of your pick up time.

Where can we leave our luggage on the day of departure?

If you are staying in a Hotel then there is likely to be a luggage room or area that you can use on the premises.

If you are staying in Lindos village, you can leave your luggage at our office located next door to Kalypso Restuarant in Lindos Village (Mon - Sat 1000 -1700hrs & Sunday Subject to availabilty)

Lindos View Hotel offer guests day facilities and you can use the changing rooms/Swimming Pool/Snack Bar and you will be provided with a locker and towels. There is a charge pp and this needs to be prebooked.

Do I get the taxi to take me to the main square in Lindos?

There are 3 'entrances' into Lindos so it really depends on where you are staying in the village.  If we have booked your private taxi transfer then we will advise our driver the best drop off point.  If you are unsure which entrance is best for your property please contact us to check.

Entrance A - Main Square - this is where the main taxi rank is and ideal for anyone staying 'beachside' of the village

Entrance B - Lindos Reception, Stavri Square - also known as the 'top car park' and ideal for anyone staying at the top or central in the village

Entrance C - St Pauls - the taxi can usually take you as far as St Stephanos Square (ancient amphitheatre) and so ideal for those staying in this area

Can I get a public bus from the airport to Lindos?

There is no direct public bus to Lindos as you have to go into Rhodes Town main terminal and then back out again to go to any of the resorts on the East coast.
