When will I receive my tickets?

Your e-tickets will be uploaded in the "My Booking Area" of the website when your balance has been paid in full.

Please ensure you check in online and that passports are valid for travel.

What is an E-ticket

An E-ticket is a paperless ticketing system, whereby the ticket is held in the airline’s database this means that there is no need to issue a traditional paper ticket. If you have been issued with an E-ticket, you will need to present it along with your passport at the check-in desk when you arrive at the airport. 

Please ensure you have checked in online if required.
