Why do some properties have 2 different ratings?

The search results will often show the same hotel but from a different supplier, both of whom have given their own 'star rating' based on their own scoring categories.  To clarify the standard or facilities within the hotel, then please feel free to contact us

Can you explain the 'sun ratings' on the properties?

You will see that almost all properties will return with a 'sun rating' of 1-5.   Where this is an 'official rating', a 3 star will translate to 3 suns.  For  properties which are officially 'unrated', we have allocated our own rating based on location, facilities and decor compared with properties in the same category eg studios, hotels, houses or villas.  For example a 3 star village studio in Lindos, cannot be compared to a 3 star hotel or a 3 star villa.  If you would like to clarify the rating or standard of any particular accommodation, please do so by emailing us
