The ground floor, aptly named Beachlover Studio consists of a double bed, a single bed, a comfortable  day bed/sofa and  ensuite modern shower room with WC.This is the perfect apartment for families or groups of friends.  With its open plan kitchenette with fridge, 2 cooking rings, kettle, toaster plus a kitchen dining area, it's a great self catering option for your Lindos holiday. There is a garden terrace at the rear of the property designated just for yourselves with seating, an umbrella and a BBQ.  A great place to relax with friends with your morning coffee, pre-dinner drink or simply dine al fresco.  

The first floor Avli Beachview studio consists of twin beds and a comfortable day bed/sofa with ensuite modern shower room with WC. Open plan kitchenette with fridge, 2 cooking rings, kettle, toaster plus kitching dining area, allows you to make breakfast and light snacks or simply just keep the beer and wine chilled! The Beachview Studio has access to a private roof terrace with sunbeds, pergola and table and chairs. The seaviews from here and your bedroom window are just beautiful. Relax on the roof terrace and just gaze out to sea or up at the awe inspiring acropolis.   

You are adjacent to some of the best beach tavernas in Lindos, a couple of mini markets and a friendly bar, so you really don't need to go far from your studio to enjoy a perfect holiday.

A short stroll (or day time donkey ride) uphill brings you to the main village with a whole host of rooftop restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars and shops. The best part of being on the beach is you stroll up into the village in the cool of the evening for dinner and it's downhill after a night out!  What better way also to start your day than enjoying the peace and quiet of the beach before everyone arrives.  Take an early morning swim across the bay and then choose your prime spot, spread out your towel on your sunbed and relax ....
