Lindos Spitaki is a delightful one bedroomed detached villa with views over St Paul’s Bay and is set in its own private gated gardens in Lindos village.   Spitaki means little house and is the perfect retreat for couples with a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge should you wish to bring the kids.    

Situated nestled on the hillside beneath the Acropolis and just behind the ancient amphitheatre, you are truly in the heart of this historical village and only a few minutes walk from the main street and St Paul’s Bay.  Enter into the garden with trees, shrubs and plants and you will have found your own bit of paradise. A large table and chairs under the vine covered terrace gives you spectacular views over the village and towards the bay.   A few steps up and you can sit under a shady tree in the cobbled courtyard and next to the pretty shrub-filled rockery.  Where better to start your day with an early morning coffee and a Greek pastry from the local bakery. 

The house has been renovated to combine tradition and stylish modern comforts.  As you step through the door of Lindos Spitaki, you will be able to relax in the lounge with its modern sofa which converts into a bed if required.  Satellite TV and free wifi are provided for your entertainment if the spectacular view out of the windows isn’t enough to keep you enthralled. To the left there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.  A few steps up bring you to the separate WC with basin and a separate modern walk in shower room, beautifully tiled from floor to ceiling. A separate kitchen to the left brings a little more traditional style to the house but is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is a full oven, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and quality crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. A  reclaimed wooden table gives you an indoor dining area or open up the doors to your own little courtyard and enjoy your breakfast or sundowners in true Mediterranean style.

Lindos is often described as the jewel in Rhodes crown. When you see the white washed sugar cubed houses clinging to the hillside, nestling below the ancient Acropolis it is easy to see why.
