Summer Light is a spacious and modern villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and private pool set in walled gardens in the Lothiarika area of Lardos. Just a few minutes walk from a few restaurants, bars and supermarkets and a few minutes drive into Lardos or Pefkos.
As soon as you open the electric gates to enter “Summer Light” you realise that this is a special villa. Set in a large private garden, the villa is the realisation of a dream for a local family which includes two architects! The gorgeous, shady barbecue with its own dining area and a very generous garden with plenty of room for children to play with extensive terraces. The main pool, with a shallow pool gently overflowing into it - is just the ideal spot to sit with the children or just enjoy a cool drink and ponder!
A fabulous covered terrace off the living room is home to super comfortable sofas and chairs giving you a perfect view over the garden and pool, as well as the second dining area for alfresco meals.
