Apostolos are traditiona Lindian rooms in an elevated position, nestling just beneath the ancient Lindos Acropolis and with fantastic seaviews from the vine covered terrace. It's worth the climb up the stone steps just for the view and with all that exercise you can help yourself to another piece of sweet Baklava!
A great location for those who like to be Pallas Beach side of Lindos with less than a 5 minutes downhill walk until you reach the golden sands and clear blue sea. The entrance to Apostolos is just opposite the boutique Melenos Hotel, and just a few minutes walk from the centre of the village.
There are 6 twin rooms surrounding the main courtyard which soon becomes the perfect place to chat with friends and make new ones. There is a second block of rooms 7-9 which use the main vine covered terrace a few steps away. All rooms are fairly similar in layout and Rooms 1, 6 and 7 have a front window with seaview. Room 3 is slightly larger and we can put a fold up bed in here on request for a child (supplement payable)
All the rooms have a fridge, kettle, toaster, small cafetiere and crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to be able to prepare continental breakfast and light snacks. The rooms are fully air conditioned and have Lindian platform beds with 2 single mattresses and shower/WC, hairdryer and safety deposit box.
The many returning clients love the elevated position which affords them spectacular views over the bays. Whilst some of the rooms have limited natural light due to being built into the rockface beneath the Acropolis, their unique position and friendly welcome from the owner, continues to make them popular year after year.
The vine covered terrace overlooking the bay is the perfect place to relax with a drink, a good book or to dine al fresco with your family and friends.
Note: The elevated position and 50 steep stone steps to the property may make them unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties. Bear that in mind also when packing so you can carry your suitcase up the steps. The view is definitely worth the climb
