Avli Beach Studios are an absolute must for the beach lover and are situated on Pallas Beach in Lindos. These studios are perfect for couples, friends and families and enjoy a prime location for your Lindos holiday.  Fully airconditioned to provide a cool retreat from your hot sunny beach days and both are literally a few flip flops away from the golden sands. 

The first floor Avli Beachview studio has its own very large roof terrace with spectacular seaviews as well as a seaview from your bedroom window.  The studio consists of a double bed and a comfortable day bed/sofa with ensuite shower room with WC.  Open plan kitchenette with fridge, 2 cooking rings, kettle, toaster plus kitchen dining area allows you to make breakfast and light snacks or simply just keep the beer and wine chilled!  The best part is the large terrace which you access via external steps and you have a wooden pergola shading your table and chairs for al fresco dining.  Relax on your very own sunloungers under the warmth of the Greek sunshine..  The views from the terrace are a spectacular 360 to include the bay of Lindos and the acropolis.  

The ground floor, aptly named Beachlover Studio consists of a double bed, a single bed,  a comfortable  day bed/sofa and  ensuite modern shower room with WC.  This is the perfect apartment for families or groups of friends. With its open plan kitchenette with fridge, 2 cooking rings, kettle, toaster plus a kitchen dining area, it's a great self catering option for your Lindos holiday. A bright and spacious studio perfect for families and you simply step out of your room and onto the beach area. 

You are adjacent to some of the best beach tavernas in Lindos, a couple of mini markets and a friendly bar, so you really don't need to go far from your studio to enjoy a perfect holiday.

A short stroll (or day time donkey ride) uphill brings you to the main village with a whole host of rooftop restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars and shops.The best part of being on the beach is you stroll up into the village in the cool of the evening for dinner and it's downhill after a night out! What better way also to start your day than enjoying the peace and quiet of the beach before everyone arrives. Take an early morning swim across the bay and then choose your prime spot, spread out your towel on your sunbed and relax ....
