Lindos Villa Athena is an interior designed  6 bedroomed villa with a private pool and fantastic seaviews over Navarone Bay. Set on the prestigious Blue Line development in Psaltos, this luxury residence is the perfect spot for your villa holiday in Lindos. 

An outstanding frontline spacious villa set on a private plot of 2000 m2  giving you the benefit of plenty of space outside to relax around the pool and enjoy the stunning sunrises and moonlit nights under the stars.  There are sunbeds and umbrellas around the continuous horizon pool (10m x 5m) on the fully tiled terrace area with a sofa area to sit back and relax.  The large living area flows into the outdoor dining area where you will find a fabulous large bespoke dining table under the wooden pergola, which is perfectly designed to enhance the concept of the indoor/outdoor Mediterranean living.   A large stonebuilt BBQ is a popular asset in the villa and ensures that the BBQ chef in your group is in their element.

The villa is spread over 3 floors and has all the amenities you would expect from a modern villa.  The comfortable living area is a mix of antiques and contemporary furniture to create a unique space where you can relax on the sofa with a good book or use the TV, music or WiFi for your entertaintment and leisure.   The dining area is perfect for enjoying an air conditioned dining experience with the great views to the pool area.   All rooms are fully air conditioned with a remote control to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. 

The kitchen is well appointed with American fridge/freezer with the all important ice making machine for your G&Ts.   Amenities include the oven and ceramic hob, wine fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and everything you need to be able to prepare meals and snacks.   

There are two doubles on the ground floor, one leading out to the pool area and the other with its own terrace area.  Both bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom with bath/over shower and WC and there is an additional WC/Cloakroom on this floor.    The lower ground floor has another two bedrooms including bedroom with king size bed with prviate terrace and a twin room.  Both rooms share the very large family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.   On the first floor you will find another twin room and a bedroom with king size bed with a private roof terrace with sunloungers and seaview.   There is a 3rd bathroom on this floor with bath, shower cubicle and double sinks plus a separate terrace with the washing machine.   This outdoor utility area is a great idea for you to simply take your washing from the machine to the line to dry in the Greek sunshine with the best seaviews too.  

This is such a great villa for 2-3 families sharing or multi-generational family groups or simply a group of friends giving you so much space to join together or terraces to retreat to for some quiet time.  In one of the best locations in the area where you can enjoy privacy and a bit of luxury, yet still close to the old village of Lindos and the resort of Pefkos.
