Villa Luciana is a  3 bedroom villa sleeping up to 7 people with private pool and spectacular views. This stonebuilt villa has three bedrooms, there are two double bedrooms and the third room is a twin (hotelier style beds that can be converted to a  king size on request) There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. The villa has one bathroom with shower room, one more toilet ensuite to the master bedroom and one WC, all decorated with marble. 

The living room interiors are decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a LCD HD TV set with satellite, DVD player, music system and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price).

The fully equipped kitchens have all electric appliances including oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. You will also find an iron and ironing board.

With an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and spacious patios for al fresco dining. The private pool with sunbeds, garden furniture, BBQ and seaviews make Villa Luciana fabulous villa ideal for families and small groups.
